You have the microspline body on the Neo 2T? The CS-R7100 uses a HG type. I have the CS-R8100 11-34 cassette installed on my Neo 2T. You might need to order a new Freehub body that has the HG type. It is very easy to install and Garmin support should be able to get you the part.
