Is the Neo 2T compatible with Shimano 105 CS-R7100 12 speed 11-34T Cassette?

I have the microspline body but installation does not seem possible.

You have the microspline body on the Neo 2T? The CS-R7100 uses a HG type. I have the CS-R8100 11-34 cassette installed on my Neo 2T. You might need to order a new Freehub body that has the HG type. It is very easy to install and Garmin support should be able to get you the part.

So in short yes it is compatible.
