Neo 2T has died

My New 2T has died. Has no lights, when I plug it in the fans go crazy but still no lights and no bluetooth connectivity. Ive only had it 8 months.

These are not cheap bits of kit. I assume I will be able to replace it, the question is should I, or should I get. refund.

Thanks jstone have conacted product support so hopefully they sort it. very frustrating that one of the most expensive trainers goes wrong wrong after a short time

It's worrying that 4 of us have reported the same failure. It'd be nice to know that Tacx/Garmin have understood the problem and rectified it. I realise the trainers are complex and the failure state may be caused by different root causes but a statement from #Tacx or #@GARMIN would be good if they're aware and have resolved it in more recent builds of the unit?

My Neo Tacx 2T died today the same death as yours. Unfortunately, I have had the unit for 2.5 years no chance for a new unit but I will try

Hi, i get the T2 replaced eventually after a few e mails and proving my trainer was still under warranty, the one big sticking point very disappointed with was the trainer they replaced it with was the Neo 2 casing but the new T2 workings apparently standard procedure for Garmin replacement. the trainer has worked fine fingers crossed it continues as a would not like to try and replace / repair out of warranty Good Luck Aiman.

My Tacx Neo 2T has died yesterday. When I plug it it don't make any resistance, have no lights on and the fan keep spinning fast. It has 1 year of use aprox.

Open a support ticket. They will work with you to get you a replacement of some type.

Got the same issue this Morning and my Neo is 2 years and 2 month old ...

I've tried to contact the tech support by chat / Phone and Webforms none are working. this is such a bad customer experience for a prenium product..

So i used the email proposed by gjstone, I hope the will handled it and proposed me a solution.
