Neo 2T has died

My New 2T has died. Has no lights, when I plug it in the fans go crazy but still no lights and no bluetooth connectivity. Ive only had it 8 months.

These are not cheap bits of kit. I assume I will be able to replace it, the question is should I, or should I get. refund.

A refund policy at 8 months of use is not likely. Contact Garmin support.

Same here. Garmin have quickly offered a return-and-replace, fingers crossed it works out.

My NeoT2 has just stopped working too. Exactly the same, no lights, fan blowing like mad and no resistance. Mine is only 3 months old!

Have been advised that it's now going to be about a month to get hold of a replacement resistance unit. Tedious. I expect it'll be longer!

A replacement turned up ahead of schedule, so, well done Garmin fulfilment. Let's hope it lives longer than the last two units...

My T2 has just gone turned it on no lights / bluetooth connection and fans just blowing constantly, will not connect to tacx utility app after 8 months use any ideas who to contact on this one
