Where do You experience it? in Zwift after reaching the top of AdZ and coming down fore example ? Probably becasue You were on descent and the downhill simulation was "active"
It was after I finished the training,
I shutdown the Zwift application after the training finished, yet still the Neo disc was rolling until i manually unpowered it.
It should turn off if the trainer controlling is switching off, sometimes it needs a 5-10sec after logout but probably the software didnt kill the connection somewhy , Do You control it via ANT+ or BT? Running on computer or mobile or tablet or ATV?
Bluetooth through iPad.
Maybe the IOS didnt kill the app from the memory, and in this case if your training ended on descent the trainer is stucking in it and spinning forever . Try to clear the app from IOS memory manually. Or before the end of the training, always check are You on ascent or not and if not, make an u-turn and finish the workout on uphill (in this case your trainer will stop 100% sure even if the app stayed in memory)
Will try it.
thank you for the explanation.
the same issue happend to me today on a Mac. But in my case even with the computer turned off. in fact i unpluged and pluged again the neo , did a couple of pedals strokes and rhe neo disc start Rolling and never stop by itself .. i just un unpluged again ...
what should i do ? .... thanks
From my experience the Neo 2T remembers the last gradient it was set to, even through a power off. If your last activity ended on a negative gradient, then the trainer will think it is always going down hill. As stated above, start an activity with a positive gradient.
Thanks, i will try it.... but betwen you and i , this is insane!!. After a Neo poweroff/poweon it must start clean and not with the last anything...
Had the same problem today, a reset using the Taxc utility app fixed it.
