TDA didn't save ride ?

I did a RLV workout (Amsterdam City) and about 3/4 of the way through I lost internet. Film was downloaded so only issue is that I lost satellite view so no real problem. At the end I clicked to save it as usual and all seemed OK ...except it's nowhere to be found. Shouldn't it still save the workout locally so lack of internet shouldn't affect it?

If you go to the "tacx apps" group on Facebook you'll see that this happened to others today

Hapend too many times even after this period.

Maybe I should go to Zwift to avoid this

Same here today - I road the Großglockner - 2,5 hours gone - happy new year to everybody!

I wonder if anyone is taking care - we all pay money for that ...

I have the same problem. Lost three rides. Activity uploaded and I can see them on my feed but when i click on them there is zero data. Very frustrating when you are trying to track performance.

garmin replied to me during the week saying that the issue should be solved now but obviously not.

So is there anyone at Garmin who actually deals with this problem? Or will we just be complaining until we switch to another platform that does take their users seriously?

Just happened to me as well. Pushed the save button, the app showed as usual that it has saved the Progress and that the user can close the screen and ... gone, nothing.

Quite annoying issue

Exactly same for me yesterday, first time in years of usage that TTA has done this, perhaps some upstream issue, my Connect Mobile shows a ride having been done in calendar but no details or ride in Connect or anywhere else.

The ride appeared over night. No idea how many hours later but it was there after I woke up.
