TDA didn't save ride ?

I did a RLV workout (Amsterdam City) and about 3/4 of the way through I lost internet. Film was downloaded so only issue is that I lost satellite view so no real problem. At the end I clicked to save it as usual and all seemed OK ...except it's nowhere to be found. Shouldn't it still save the workout locally so lack of internet shouldn't affect it?

    Big Problem here, too. Very annoying when you are on the festive500 challenge... disappointing

    A big problem. This start to happen when Garmin changed the login to be with the Garmin connect account. I already lost several rides

    I know of several people this has happened to. Glad I've not yet joined my TACX and Garmin accounts.

    I have the same problem and lost my 4 activities in a week. It happens after migration to Garmin account. And here the errors from log file. Please have a look and analyze it

    Still happening. New to Tacx since Xmas. Lost 2/5 activities already. Most recent was an FTP test that I thought I did good on.

    Yup, just done my first ride and it didn’t save, 20 miles lost

    2 of 4 missing activities were now uploaded after 3 days. 2 activities are still missing.
