TDA didn't save ride ?

I did a RLV workout (Amsterdam City) and about 3/4 of the way through I lost internet. Film was downloaded so only issue is that I lost satellite view so no real problem. At the end I clicked to save it as usual and all seemed OK ...except it's nowhere to be found. Shouldn't it still save the workout locally so lack of internet shouldn't affect it?

If you go to the "tacx apps" group on Facebook you'll see that this happened to others today

Hapend too many times even after this period.

Maybe I should go to Zwift to avoid this

Big Problem here, too. Very annoying when you are on the festive500 challenge... disappointing

Same here, saved a ride on Thursday 2 april, but lost two rides today, and i had good wifi signal

Me to. I had wi fi and it did't save. why? Is it possible to recover it?

Same here, just did a ride and pressed the upload button but it doesn't show in the cloud :/

I’ve just had the exact same problem. It said the ride saved to the cloud, but can’t be found/ didn’t upload to strava (strava was enabled at the time).

It's kind of reassuring to see that I am not the only one, it makes me think that maybe the data are not missing on their side and are just not showing up properly on the cloud

Tacx got back to me and said there was a delay with this (yesterday)- my activity appeared on the cloud/ Strava just after 3am.

I thought I had lost my ride but it appeared the next day on Strava. There may have been an issue uploading to the cloud and then processing the data,
