TacX Desktop App drop out

Today I used the TacX Desktop App after long time using a ANT+ usb key.

The signal from the HR band is OK.

A relevant info can be that at the same time I have also my Edge connected using ANT+ in both the session above.

But the signal from TacX NEO 2T continued to drop out.

I'm using firmware 0.0.34.

The same today (the day after of the comment) using BLE connection only.

change to BLE, I have had the same problem and failed to make it work properly.

Can I use ANT+ for HR strap and BLE for the trainer?

do you use a laptop or a pc? How far do you have it? I used a USB extender with a 5m amplifier on my PC to have it near the tacx

Macbook pro with ant+ usb stick.

But it is very near to the trainer, only 1,5 meters.

try to see if you have the same problems with the mobile application and if they persist get in touch with garmin

With mobile application yesterday it seems I hadn't any issue

The mobile application uses BLE, right? You may have a lot of interference in the 2.4Ghz band to use ANt +.

The Garmin 1030 is connected using ANT+ and the signal is perfect, in the same time the mobile app is connected using BLE and the signal to mobile app is perfect.

I have problems only on Macbook Desktop App both using ANT+ dongle or using BLE. On the desktop app the signal dropoff many times. While on zwift I have no issue or dropoff.
