L’ost activity

Hi, I made and saved a ride this afternoon but it seems to be lost ... It is not visible in tacx app, garmin connect nor in Strava. How can I recover it ?

Too many problems with tacx. I have premium trial since 5 days ago, but I have allready found out that I don't want this program ...…

Garmin support answered my call: there is a problem due to an overload of data. If your course is saved, it will appear someday. I did save my course, though it is not visible now. We have to be patient.
