Tacx firmware updates and Garmin Integration in mobile Tacx Software

Not awesome; at least not here it isn't :/ Profile "synched" but the 'Garmin-ised' app is noticeably slower than the pre-sync Tacx sign-in, and isn't coming back with my profile details: videos are locked and the app keeps asking me to sign in to manage my profile, which says basic rather than premium. Basically a mess here, and seems poorly managed / not ready for migration :(

And, just to add insult to irony, the login screen says 'never stop cycling' but the app is forcing the stop.

Some communication of what to expect (how it should have gone) would have been nice too, especially since the migration has 'got a flat'.

Come on Garmin, you're better than this.

Mine won't work.  I can't use Tacx now.  I went through the whole login merging process and the desktop app just spins and never logs in.  I am getting out of shape by the minute.  Lame.  Test your work software developers!

Anyway, i can add my Neo 2 with BLT, but Vector3 won't found via BLT or ANT+, but ANT+ is working, cause speed Sensor found

Looks like they're getting there: new app available on the smartphone, and my account is showing premium correctly now so the training videos are no longer locked and I can unstop cycling :)

Feed shows recent rides but I can't get details on them, just the summary, and community access / follower's info isn't showing...

Still, at least training is back up... Hopefully for others too. Ride on!

Maybe a silly question: do you need to spin both Vector3 pedals to activate them for the pairing to work? Are you trying to pair with a Garmin watch, head unit, or the app?

sure, thats a normal process and works with other apps like Trainerroad, Zwift and/or with Edge 830, FR945, but not with the new mobile app

It seems the trick is to pair the pedals with an Edge head unit or Garmin watch in ANT+, then pair the pedals with the phone app over Bluetooth.
