Did you get a solution?
Garmin Support suggests to exchange Flux.
If you are experiencing this issue, please reach out to Garmin Product Support (https://support.garmin.com/en-US/) for additional troubleshooting.
I had the same LED sequence (red-green-red-green blinking of the power LED) on my Tacx Flux 2. This made it impossible to connect my trainer and there were no numbers showing for power, speed, and RPM.
My workaround: I put a distribution plug in the socket and connected my fan (turned on) to that distribution plug.
That helped to connect the trainer to my app (Power LED turned green).
I could use the trainer again, using power & RPM input from my pedal powermeters. Afterwards I found out that the speed was not correct, but the good news was that I could use my trainer again (for a simple 30min recovery ride in Zwift).
Still think that my trainer is defect, but at least I managed to get it working again.
I sent the tacx to Garmin, let's see what they tell me.
Will update
Any solution to this issue? I have the same problem with my TACX FLUX S
