I get the subscription error 06 when I try to start streaming despite having confirmation by email and on my orders page of the subscription going through. It is also really hard to contact the company to get this resolved.

Hi. I discovered I had 2 no. accounts (not sure how that happened) and was signed in with one but had paid with the other. The helpdesk finally spotted this after weeks of no access to the streaming option.
