Incorrect subscription error?

Hi just bought tacx flow. I have it connected to the desktop application and the hardware seems to work. However when I start any suggested training program I get a "Incorrect subscription. Subscription error. Code:6". Let me guess... do I need to pay again something so things works?

Just to make it clear, Tacx Training is a paid subscription service like Zwift. The subscription is not included with the trainer. But the same app also provides updates and calibration for the trainer for free. And I think there's a few free basic workouts you can do. But most people will use a different app or device to control their workouts.

With the trainer I received a code for 1 month of free Tacx Premium, I believe.

Hello I have paid for a premium subscription but i have EXACTLY the same message when i log in, i have tried to log in on different devices but they all say the same thing - i used to use Tacx everyday, but then stopped as I just used the wattbike without any apps, but now I am recovering from injury i need to do the climbs i used to do - but i have lost 2 days as the IT systems at Garvin have taken the money but not updated the account - it is pretty basic coding to get this right - what is the problem ? - [email protected]
