Incorrect subscription error?

Hi just bought tacx flow. I have it connected to the desktop application and the hardware seems to work. However when I start any suggested training program I get a "Incorrect subscription. Subscription error. Code:6". Let me guess... do I need to pay again something so things works?

  • I've been paying for the tacx for the past year, but now i can access any courses dispite garmin continually  taking money from my account!!! Not what I'd expect from garmin! 

    Maybe garmin should contact subscribers?
