Hi all,
I am having a Forerunner 165 as my primary device in Garmin connect. I use it for all my sport activities and during sleeping.
However, I do love to wear more beautiful watches, so I have also a Vivosmart 5 since a couple of months, so during the day I wear a nice watch and the Vivosmart as like a small bracelet.
What I do is in the morning I sync the data from the Forerunner to Garmin connect. I switch the Forerunner off and turn the Vivosmart on, and sync it.
Then my Vivosmart shows the data of steps, body battery, calories etc. which came during the night out of the Forerunner Till.....2 weeks ago.
The body battery value on the Vivosmart 5 does not match the value in Garmin connect at all, it is always higher.
I tried many things:
* did not use the vivosmart 5 for a couple of days and wear all the time the forerunner
* decided to only turn the vivosmart 5 on when my body battery was for half a day already at only 5 counts, in the hope that the vivosmart would also be at 5, did not help, the vivosmart was still showing a value somewhere within the 20 range.
* did use the delete all data and settings button on the vivosmart. Reconnected it to Garmin connect. Still the Body battery on the Vivosmart 5 is too high
* first did disconnect the Vivosmart 5 from Garmin connect. Then went to the Vivosmart 5 and did again the delete all data and settings button on the vivosmart 5. Still no improvement.
I am typing this now with the Forerunner switched off. Garmin connect shows now body battery 11. Vivosmart 5 shows body battery 44?????
all other data like heart rate, steps, calories burnt, active minutes do match between Garmin Connect and Vivosmart but Body battery not and this is highly frustrating.
Anyone having a solutions?

n.b. not sure if it has anything to do with it but a couple of weeks ago the system did make a strange jump. I was wearing I think the vivoactive 5. I was home, doing nothing special and my body battery went from 5 to 21 within a split second. While 2 weeks before that I had a similar strange jump from 50 to 39 within 1 second.
