I have moved to a mountainous area with low temperatures in winter.
I was out hiking in -4 Celsius and pressed the button for activities and selected ‘walk’ After about 15 minutes I noticed my steps had not gone beyond c1200 and weren’t being added to. I tried the button again and it was unresponsive.
After an hour it still registered the same. It was only when I’d been inside for a while that the controls worked. The brochure claims it will work at -20c (-10 for older models), but I was well above that plus it was on my wrist under a jacket sleeve.
Anyone else had a similar problem in moderate cold? Have I got a faulty model?
