Vivosmart 5 Auto Activity keep starting when sitting down

My brand new Vivosmart after 2 months starts automatically starting an activity continuously even when sitting down, I have restarted my device but nothing is helping.

I would look at turning off Move IQ and Auto Start under the Activity Tracking. You will do this in your Connect app by selecting the Vivosmart 5 and then select "Activity Tracking". From there you can…

2. Turn of the problematic auto-starting activities. Manual starting works so much better
