Vivosmart 5 connects to GPS but fails to record route or distance

When I start tracking an activity it says I have GPS connection.

Garmin Connect has all privileges.

It just suddenly stopped working.

I see many instances of this in the past but nothing that says it has been fixed.

What gives?

hello!

I would restart your vivosmart 5 device by holding down the button until you see a triangle and then letting go. I would also recommend restarting your phone too refresh the Bluetooth settings.
