Vivosmart 4 phantom kilometers

So I have the Vivosmart 4 really want a Fenix but that's not happening anytime soon, I went on a long hike on may 12 and then a short walk the day after and another short walk the day after that, the distance walked is way off is there something I can do or is this just the way it is?

Hello!

The vivosmart 4 uses Connected GPS to track route and distance while in active. If GPS is unavailable it will use stride data to determine distance.

1. If you review the GPS maps in the activities, do they appear to be accurate?

2. Did the device or your cell phone send you a notification stating GPS had been lost?

3. Do you have your watch paired to an Android or an iPhone?

4. How long has this been happening? Have you restarted both the watch and phone since?
