Vivosmart5 failing within 4 months of usage?

Hello, I bought the vivosmart 5 less than 4 months ago and about two weeks ago its battery started charging and draining very fast. Its usually around 50% and then it drains in about an hour, then it charges to a 100% and it drains super fast as well. Also, whenever I try to record an activity, it immediately turns off and I can’t turn it on until I plug it in into the charger. I just did a factory reset and waited for it to charge to 100% and when I unplugged it, it turned off.

What can I do? My mom and sister got one as well and they both had the same problem, they stopped using it since theirs doesn’t even turn on anymore. I can’t believe it because we worn them for less than four months :( and I really like using it on a daily basis to measure my sleep data and exercise.

  • I had the exact same problem a couple of months ago but I owned mine for over 2 years and it was working fine. First it would run out of battery very fast then it would charge in a couple of minutes to 100% and would turn off as soon as it was unplugged. I don’t know how to fix this.
