Vivosmart 5 blocked

Hello everyone,
my Vivosmart 5 no longer starts, it is blocked!
Any advice on what to do to unlock it?

Hello!

Try holding the button down for 20-30 seconds or until you see the triangle go away for a moment then come back. Once it returns let go.
