Low Physical Activity

Is anybody aware of how exactly Garmin determines "low physical activity", as in the context of the message it shows in "Sleep"..."Your sleep may have suffered because of low physical activity yesterday. You may feel more tired than usual today."? Does it only look at the data from the Vivosmart 5 or does it also look at any "Activities" loaded on the day from other Garmin devices..i.e my Fenix 6? I did a longish run yesterday then wore my watch while mowing the lawns and doing gardening, so almost 2 hours of "physical activity", so was quite offended by this "low physical activity" accusation Disappointed
