My wife got a vivosmart 5 about a month ago. Her wrists are narrow so the vivo has a tough time picking up signal. Even so, it recorded her sleep the very first night. Once a week she'd get no data but we were happy to get any read considering the less-than-optimal fit.
For the last 5 days there's been no sleep score at all. I'm pretty sure the vivo app is updated
I'm new to Garmin's watches. Don't have any experience troubleshooting. Any help would be appreciated.
I guess I could try wearing the watch overnite?
