Device not tracking route while GPS and Bluetooth is connected

Hi,

When I go for a walk I always manually start activity tracking on my device. This way your supposed to see the route you have done in the connect app. When you only do it via Move IQ this should not be the case right?

However, I often find that the route has not been tracked while I did have the GPS and Bluetooth enabled. This is very annoying and you never know for certain that the app wil track and save your walk accurately and accordingly. Does anybody know what is causing this?
