My Vivosmart 5 will not start and the triangular logo keeps blinking and just displaying the logo. I have tried pressing the button for up to a minute with and without power as suggested in these groups but it seems locked and will not start up. The problem started earlier when I tried to connect it to Garmin Express to check for software updates. Is there any other way to force it back to factory setting or reset the software?
