What do these body battery symbols signify?

Ive had my device a week and just noticed for today theres an alarm clock at 0400 ( I was asleep in bed then ) so I dont kow what thats alla bout? Then two symbols of someone riding a bike between 0800 and 1200. Now I was playing golf then but theyve never appeared before, so do they signify exercise/activity?

They are part of the MoveIQ feature, which you can turn off. The clock/alarm suggests the band thought you were having a nap, and the algorithm thought your golf swing was more like a cycle ride. It is pretty hopeless for everything but the most basic (walking), sweeping my yard always gives me a few minutes of elliptical!
