I am new in this forum and I assume, this question has been answered in another thread. So apologies upfront.
I run a fenix 7 Pro Solar which is my primary training device and a Vivosmart 5 as fitness and sleep tracker in case I don‘t wear the fenix but a regular watch instead.
what would be the best setting in terms of Primary device? Do I lose data when I temporarily switch from fenix to Vivosmart eG for sleeping?
Really appreciate your support / ideas.
