Battery of my vivosmart 5 only lasts 2 / 2,5 days, while the instruction mention 7 days , whihc is the issue ?

I had the same issue, try resetting your VS5 to factory default, power it off and start it again. That has worked for my VS5.

with my vivosmart 5 resetting helps only for a short time. reset: back to 6-7 days with full battery. at the next time i have to charge it is back to 2 days. as it takes much time to reconnect it to the app (needs many tries) and configuring the widgets and so on takes even more time ... garmin should do something, i'm sure this is something with the software, else it couldn't be 7 days after a reset and 2 days later. without changing any settings in between

at the moment i'm trying to reconnect vivosmart to connext app since 20 minutes. looks like that thing is just expensive garbage
