VivoSmart 5 Stress Measurement

I had a Vivosmart 4, band broke, and now have the 5. What a joke. It does not record my stress correctly, or body battery, so my sleep score is horrible. I have restored back to factory settings, turned off, and nothing is working. I wish I would have just bought another 4. Is there a fix that I do not know about?

I have a Vivosmart 5 and my stress is off the charts all day and all night. My sleep score never goes above 50 because of stress. My body battery is at 30 every day. This stressed me out even more! Then I got a FiBit and my sleep score is over 80 every day! But I don't see a measurement for stress for me to compare it to. I mean, I am always tired and never feel rested so I thought the FitBit was right but seeing this post makes me question its accuracy.
