Vivosmart 5 stopped auto tracking walks

Bought the device in July 2023 and worked correctly thru mid-Jan 2024.  Then just stopped auto tracking my walks.  I have Move IQ on and set to auto track after 5 minutes.  

  • This was reported in one of the earlier software versions of this watch. With the release of one of the newer versions this disruption has been resolved. If you are still experiencing this and are up to date on the software, please provide the software version on your watch.
