just got my new Vivosmart. As heading says, device is not found by iPhone nor Android Phone. Tried some hints (re-start device, re-start bluetooth on phone) no success. Then installed Garmin Explorer on Mac (thought maybe a firmware update may help), Garmin Explorer finds USB connected device correctly. But: when trying to log in GE says "Cannot connect to Garmin servers" (or the like). No firewall, tested different devices and Internet Connections.
No really impressed by quality of product experience so far...Should i just send it back and get a new one? What wrong with GE? found a lot of articles on connection problems, really? it's 2023 ...
