I have had Vivosmart 5 for 3 days.
Day one sleep was recorded.
Days 2 & 3 it reported "No sleep data recorded last night".
Are there any suggestions to make this watch record sleep data?
I manually entered sleep start & end time. Watch does not show sleep score.
HR is being detected. Body Battery is reported.
HRV Stats say "no data".
I did set up a sleep schedule. 12 AM to 9 AM.
I usually go to bed around 1 AM and get up around 9 AM.
Battery Saver is turned off.
Background info:
I am 81 years old. I have sleep problems. I wake up every 90 minutes or so during the night. I may get out of bed for less for 5 minutes or so and then get back to bed.
I used a Fitbit Versa 2 for many years. It had problems detecting my sleep but allowed me to edit start & end times and then provided a sleep score with REM, Deep etc.
I am wearing Garmin on left wrist with a fairly tight band setting? Should I loosen band or move it to right hand?
