I'm elderly and regularly spend up to one hour of my sleep time awake, a common occurrence for those my age. The amount of Deep and REM sleep is usually very good, but the awake time means that my battery battery will start out the day low (say, about 50-60) and drain during the day until I'm usually below 10 by bedtime. I exercise regularly, which likely increases the body battery drain. Any suggestions for ways to improve my body battery recharge?
