Vivosmart 5 lights up at night when sleeping

When moving my arm in bed at night, quite often the Vivosmart 5 display lights up, which can wake me up.
I have set up Sleep Settings, Normal Bed Time and Wake Time.
I also have got Settings -> Appearance -> Display Options ->Gesture -> On
I think the Gesture is why the screen lights up, but not sure.
If so, the software developers can surely make it so that 'Gesture' wake is disabled during sleeping hours.

Make a decision. Gesture can be off, on, or only on during activity. There is nothing you can do about making it adhere to your bed times.

I'm making a request. A very sensible request. The software devs should add an option for 'off during bed time hours'.

Garmin will not fill out a request for new feature for you here. They hardly ever respond here. This is a user-to-user forum.

A solution would be to wear the watch on the other wrist at night, then the gesture would not work then.
