I reset my watch and now it says Hello

I reset my vivosmart 5 and now all it says is Hello

  • Sounds like you performed the factory reset, so you'll need to configure and pair it again. If you tap on the screen/button, you should see the initial walkthrough (language, etc.). You might need to delete existing bluetooth pairing from your phone.

  • Thank for the reply.  Both my vivosmart 5 and Garmin Connect on my phone were "frozen".  I set up garmin express, and unfroze my vivo5 that way.  Then, deleted garmin connect from my phone, and reloaded it. I cannot get my watch to pair with my phone, and dont know what the next step would be.  Frustrated~

  • I would try this:

    1. Remove existing pairing in phone bluetooth settings

    2. Reboot phone (recently my Garmin connect "froze" and simple reboot fixed it)

    3. Setup watch again, by following initial instructions
