Gesture is not working on my Vivosmart 5, this seems a common issue. Should I return it?

I've had a software update and still nothing. 

  • Have you tried to restart your VS5? Turn it off (from the settings menu on the device), and then on again. (Just make sure to synchronize first, to store any data recorded so far.)
