Yes, quite often employees from Garmin answers questions here, or clarifies things. But not always. This is a user forum, for users to interact. It is not a service or Q&A interface with Garmin user support or helpdesk. So if you do not get an answer, it is most likely because there is no other user that can answer.
Have you tried the search function? Do you have a specific question? Perhaps I - or some other user here - can help.
(I am pretty certain that Garmin keep a close eye on the forum, using it as feedback on their products. But that is not the same thing as them commenting on everything.)
