Began to use the vivos 4 last week, brand new. It quickly lost charge. When I plugged it in I left it charge for the day while I went to work. When I came home the screen said missing. Then went blank. Help.

That the screen said "missing" sounds odd. What was missing?
I have no idea. It is less than 7 days old.
If it is new you should check if it got the latest version. Much can change from the time it is updated in the factory until it ends up at the customer. Use Garmin Express.
