My vivos 4 is brand new. Lost charge quickly. When I charged it overnight the message said missing. Charge is not working. Do I need to send it back

Began to use the vivos 4 last week, brand new. It quickly lost charge. When I plugged it in I left it charge for the day while I went to work. When I came home the screen said missing. Then went blank. Help.
