My watch isn't calculating my steps correctly. I have reset my customized stride but still under counting. I went on a 6.2km walk and it gave me 6430 steps. According to my customized stride I should have received 14215 steps.

I was using walking poles as it was a steep elevation. Also, I received no stairs even though the climb was 735 elevation.

Have you been able to correct this, if so, how? I set up my new vivoactive 5 Feb 2024 and it has never counted steps or stairs correctly.
