Vivoactive 5 “blue triangle” issue

New Vivoactive 5 owner here. The watch goes into “blue triangle “ mode whenever it is unplugged from the charger or PC…when it’s plugged in, it shows 100% battery ….any thoughts on how to fix this? I have tried to reset the watch but no change….

I held the top right button down for 10 seconds, waited 10 secs and then held it down again for 30 seconds. Sorted for me, was just about to raise a ticket!

Seems to be many people with the same issue today! The 10secs/30 seconds has worked for me too

It's very frustrating will it just sort itself out the 10 sec hold works temporarily but it keeps reverting back to the triangle it's annoying

Apparently the issue today is due to one of the GPS systems being down. Thanks for the fix.

This evening my Garmin wouldn’t work blue triangle came up, have tried to reset it but no joy any suggestions?!

Was at the gym this morning about 8am (California Time) and got the blue triangle. Held down the restart and turned into a full reset and couldn't even bluetooth connect until later this morning.

Did you try the suggestion above? ("I held the top right button down for 10 seconds, waited 10 secs and then held it down again for 30 seconds.") I don't have any advice other than that.
