New Vivoactive 5 owner here. The watch goes into “blue triangle “ mode whenever it is unplugged from the charger or PC…when it’s plugged in, it shows 100% battery ….any thoughts on how to fix this? I have tried to reset the watch but no change….

I held the top right button down for 10 seconds, waited 10 secs and then held it down again for 30 seconds. Sorted for me, was just about to raise a ticket!

I tried the 10sec/30sec A button solution. This worked for me, or appeared to. After it looked like the watch was working again, I tried to start an activity and it went back to the blue triangle again. This has happened three times in a row this morning.

Wondering if server is down? Mine has done this twice today. Seems a coincidence that alot of us are having the same issue.
