I've just started a Garmin Coach running plan but it says my vivoactive 4s is not captaible with it so I can't start the workout. When I look online it says it is. Can someone help?

Which Garmin Coach Plan? What did you select on the Find a Plan screen? Which Coach did you specifiy?
It was the 10km run plan with coach Amy but I have also tried the 5km with coach Greg and it still didn’t work. I can’t find the find a plan screen. It just says send to device but and then says my 4s is incompatible.
The vivoactive 4S is compatible with the Garmin Coach feature and should be able to sync plans to the watch. The plan must of an activity type the watch supports as well. For example a training plan that is HIIT based would not sync to a vivoactive 4s because it is not compatible with that plan type.
If both the plan and activity type are compatible, please contact Garmin Support for the most efficient and detailed assistance
