I put it into this repo
https://github.com/jakegrabowski/garmin-vivoactive-4

out/german.ln4 - is main version
polish-by-garmin/polish.ln4 - I dumped ORIGINAL VERSION from Garmin Vivoactive 4 - but please notice you have to rename file to language that is already on your watch and replace it for example german.ln4 - this will work
