Will vivoactive 4 ever get sleep score?

Just guessing, I'd have to say no. Mainly because the vivoactive 4 is 4 years old now. Also, more responses here:

Also no - because Vivoactive 5 just released, got Sleep Score. And Garmin sells hardware, so you are supposed to updgrade to get it.
