It looks like there was some key information that you were unable to provide to us. You had also mentioned in the email that you preferred to stay anonymous as it was getting too complicated. Therefore, the ticket was closed.
We were unable to duplicate this disruption in house. Therefore, we still need the information that was requested to further investigate.
