My Vivoactive 4s' heart rate stopped working after an auto update. I tried to turn off and on again. My husband even tried to reset it and connected to his garmin profile the result is the same.
I tried to switch off then on (auto mode) in settings menu then the sensor blinked a few and turned off again.
Do you have any idea about how can I fix it?
SW Version 6.90
Sensor Version: 18.02
It's past warranty period, I cannot return it.
