My Fenix 6 worked fine... After an update the watch would power up but freeze if you drilled down into one of the menus.
I called support and they determined that the cause was a watch face the was loaded from the IQ app... They also told me that this was not repairable and that the only solution was for me to purchase another one... What..??
Again, according to Garmin, the update bricked my device because the watch face that was download from their app was not compatible... And the resolution is for me to purchase another Fenix 6.
Garmin is firm on this decision... This is unacceptable!
