Connection

My Garmin VivoActive 4S was not connecting to the Wifi in order to download Spotify.  After having read up and the suggestions to reboot it, I did so.  It still didn't work.  I then read people had had to do a factory restart in order to get their Wifi connected.  I have tried to do so.

However, now it seems to get stuck on "Download Garmin Connect Mobile App to get started".  I have downloaded the app.  Closed it. Deleted it. Reinstalled it. But no matter what I do my phone won't pair with my phone again.

If I try and manually set it, I get as far as "wait for GPS". And no further.

Please Help.

Please also confirm what to do once I am back in and set up what I can do about adding Spotify.  I moved away from Suunto to Garmin in order to have music on my phone!
